The President's Cup

European Open wil include a unique competition on the side of the tournament, the President's Cup. Two teams, Europe and America, will compete for the title of the best Disc Golf continent in an 18-hole matchplay just a day before the tournament begins. This is once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be apart of a truly global invitational.

Tournament phases
President's Cup consists two separate phases. Phase 1 is individual best
shot on holes 1-9. Phase 2 is match play between numbered players on holes
10-18. All players play 18 holes.

Point system
Players can earn points to their teams with following point system:

Individual Best Shot (Men and Women, holes 1-9)
* Lowest score 4 points
* 2nd lowest score 2 points
* 3rd lowest score 1 point
* 4th lowest score 0 points
Ties split the points in question

Match Play (holes 10-18)
Winner of a match play 3 points
Tie in a match = 1 1/2 points each
