Accommodation information

Spa Hotel Rantasipi Eden - At the heart of the action

This is the only way to stay! Spa Hotel Eden is the official tournament hotel located at just 3,6 kilometers (1,8 miles) from the tournament centre. The hotel offers the use of the Spa and Gym free of charge for everyone staying at the hotel. Spa hotel Eden also features a six-hole warm-up disc golf course in the front lawn and discs are sold in the hotel gift shop. A lot of the actual tournament activities will also be held at Spa Hotel Eden, including Player's Dinner and Player's Party, so by reserving your room early you make sure you won't miss out on the action.

How to make a reservation (with special tournament pricing)

We have negotiated a special tournament package for all the players of the tournament. This package includes 6-night stay in a Standard room for two, free use of the Spa, gym, warm-up disc golf course and breakfasts priced at 300€ / 6 nights / 1 person. (Regular price 193€ / night / double room). Save 279 € by reserving our tournament package! Extra nights are priced at 120€ / night / double room. Additional price for single room 37€ / night. The tournament pricing is eligible from 18th thru 25th of July.

Make sure to mention our campaign code: EUROPEAN OPEN 2011 to get the special rate. Please note that these special rates are reserved only for the players. Each room reserved with the campaign code EUROPEAN OPEN 2011 must accomaodate at least one player taking part in the tournament. Read below for more info about the Spectator package. All rooms reserved with the EUROPEAN OPEN must accomodate at least one participant of the tournament. All reservations to with campaign codes must be made by 31th of June 2011.

Spectator accomodation

Spa Hotel Rantasipi Eden and the European Open 2011 have put up a special spectator package for spectators, family members and fans of the players. The Price of the Spectator package is 130€ / night / double room and it includes the official fundraiser disc of EO2011! (2/room). If you stay for more than one night, you will also get the official players package of the European Open 2011!

Reservations for Spectator packages are made through the Rantasipi sales service either by email: eden.rantasipi@restel.fi or by phone +358 3 280 1111 / sales. Make sure to mention the campaign code "KISATURISTI" to get be eligible for special pricing and the official Player's packages. All reservations to with campaign codes must be made by 31th of June 2011. The tournament pricing is eligible from 18th thru 25th of July.

Cancellations

Cancellations on reserved rooms must be done at least 14 days before the start of the reserved stay. All cancellations after that will be charged in full.

Pelaajille

Kilpailun virallisena kisahotellina toimii Kylpylähotelli Rantasipi Eden, joka sijaitsee 3,6 kilometrin päässä kisaradasta. Pelaajille on neuvoteltu omat huonehinnat kisaviikolle sisältäen kylpylän, kuntosalin ja hotellin etupihalla sijaitsevan 6-väyläisen frisbeegolfradan käytön maksutta. Rata on suunniteltu aloittelijoille, eli pelaajille se soveltuu parhaiten "lämmittelyradaksi". Virallinen kisahotelli on ehdottomasti toimivin ratkaisu majoittautumiseen kilpailun aikana, sillä hotellilla järjestetään myös Player's Dinner ja Player's Party sekä muuta ohjelmaa. Hotelli toimii siis eräänlaisena toisena kisakeskuksena.

Majoituspaketti sisältää 6 yötä 2-hengen standard huoneessa hintaan 300 € / henkilö. Lisäveloitus 1-hengen huoneesta 37 € / yö. Nämä hinnat voimassa vain varatessasi huoneen kampanjatunnuksella EUROPEAN OPEN 2011. Normaalihinta 193 € / yö / huone. Lisäyöt kampanjatunnuksella 60 € / yö / henkilö. Pelaajahinnotelluissa huoneissa tulee yöpyä aina vähintään yksi kilpailuun osallistuva henkilö.

Katsojille ja tukijoukoille

Kilpailua seuraamaan tulevile katsojille ja tukijoukoille olemme neuvotelleet Edenin kanssa "Kisaturisti" -paketin, jonka mainitessasi varausta tehdessäsi saat 2-hengen Standard-huoneen hintaan 130 € / yö. Koska kyseessä on kisaturistipaketti, kuuluu hintaan luonnollisesti myös pientä kivaa kilpailuun liittyen, eli yhden yön yöpyville kilpailun virallinen fundraiser kiekko (2 per huone) ja kaksi tai enemmän öitä viipyville kilpailun virallinen pelaajapaketti (2 per huone)!

Peruutukset

Mahdolliset peruutukset on tehtävä vähintään 14 vuorokautta ennen varatun ajankohdan alkua. Tämän jälkeen tehdyt peruutukset veloitetaan täysimääräisenä.
